Accordingly, seven companies with a total payload of 136 kg will take off on the first flight of RFA ONE. No other supplier of Microlauncher has been entrusted by so many customers with payloads for the first flight. The project involves several EU countries, the community of radio amateurs AMSAT-DL and AMSAT-EA (Spain), ESERO-Germany (Bochum Observatory), Libre Space Foundation (Greece) and other non-profit EU organizations or institutions. They work to develop open-source space technologies for educational purposes and to promote, advance and develop knowledge about space. This means that only a few weeks remain for the production of the components, assembly, commissioning and testing of the three PocketQubes; our shortest satellite campaign to date! <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Launch Update:<\/strong><\/span> The mission to deploy the ERMINAZ-2 satellites has been moved to Transporter 17, which means that the launch will take place in the second quarter of 2026 at the earliest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ERMINAZ-2U operates in the UHF band (435 MHz), while ERMINAZ-2V and ERMINAZ-2X transmit and receive in the VHF band (145 MHz).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Frequencies and call signs<\/h2>\n<p>The IARU has coordinated the frequencies for ERMINAZ-2U, -2V and -2X in the bands allocated for the amateur satellite service. These frequencies should only be used for amateur purposes.
